StyleColab Preloved is a rent a rack consignment store offering quality and luxury pieces for sale combined with personal styling service.

StyleColab Preloved wants to change the way we shop and prioritise sustainable style options.

It offers a premier boutique experience of new and prelovedquality and luxury designer consignment pieces all handpicked by qualified personal stylists.

It offers a shopping destination like no other and welcomes you to resell,
rewear and relove beautiful and quality clothing and accessories all at one place.

If your wardrobe pieces are no longer serving you, perhaps due to a change of lifestyle, body shape, colouring or just not your style anymore, then why let it take up valuable real estate in your closet and
let it shine on someone else.

Sell your items hassle free. We take care of all the hard work for you!

Earn some cash and recoup a portion of the original cost of the item. You also offer a sustainable solution for someone to rewear and relove. You are welcome to set up your own rack or sell with friends. Only one account will be created per rack.

We accept quality Australian and International Women Designer pieces that are clean and in excellent condition and would be loved and enjoyed by someone new!

All sizes are welcome. They must be free from stains, rips, repairs and that are heavily worn.

We do not take children’s clothing or menswear.

Sample of Australian brands or similar include Zimmerman, Alemais, Dion Lee, Aje, Scanlan andTheodore, Bec & Bridge, Bianca Spender, Camilla and Marc, Viktoria and Woods.

Please note we do accept designers not on the sample list above, please get in touch with any questions you may have. However, we do not accept fast fashion brands, such as Portmans,
Sportsgirl, Sussan, Shein etc.

We are particular about what we accept. They need to be in excellent condition, clean, little or no signs of wear, odour, including brand new with tags.

Please note if you book You Style or We Style rack and your wardrobe pieces don’t meet the sample brands and condition required, we have the right to cancel your rack booking and a non refundable cancellation fee of $89 applies.

You may receive the balance of rack booking fee as an instore credit. This is only applicable to rack cancellations 14 days prior to rack start date.

NEW
The Item is brand new with original tags, in perfect condition, no signs of wear.


EXCELLENT

Item has been barely worn and is in excellent condition with no signs of wear. ie new
without tags, or worn once.


VERY GOOD
Item has been gently used and is in very good condition with minor signs of wear.


GOOD
Item has been used and is in good condition with visible signs of wear.


WELL-LOVED & ACCEPTABLE
Item has been used frequently and shows signs of wear or minor flaws. Any specific flaws are noted in the condition description of each item to add transparency. Please note from time some wear may be missed and we take the upmost care to report on any marks or variations.


The condition of each item has been determined by our consignment team at their discretion and the better the condition the higher the resale value may be.

You can book any day and we are open from Tuesday – Saturday.

You can reserve a rack and select your selling period start date with a minimum 14 days and maximum 30 days. Once booked and paid, our online booking system will send you a confirmation email.


You Style – complete the online form of the products you would like to sell (3 days prior to your rack start date and please refer to guidelines) and then turn up on your rack start date and we will have the
hangers, tags and rack ready for you.


We Style, please drop off your clothing items one week prior to your rack start date and we will do it all for you!


Luxury Accessories Package – please complete the product form and drop off your items on your start date and we will display them in the designer locked cabinets.


You can jump on the website or get in touch with us if you would like to extend your rack or accessories booking or would like to book a longer timeframe, than 4 weeks. If you would like to extend your rack up to 2-4 weeks then jump back on and extend your booking if it is available.

Do you have luxury designer accessories such as handbags, sunglasses, shoes but don’t have
enough items to book a rack? No problem we can help sell your beautiful designer pieces through our
Luxury Accessories Package. Bring in up to 5 designer pieces, and we will pace in a locked cabinet
on display for customers. You can receive up to 70% - GST and $1 admin fee per sold item and only
$25 per week cabinet rental, minimum 4 weeks. We will list your designer pieces on our website and
promote them through our social pages.

You Style, we accept 40 items and up to 5 accessories shoes and bags. You are welcome to top up your rack as items sell. Just email us the product form and we can update and have tags ready for you.  Please keep in mind Winter pieces can take up to more space on a rack and it might be better to refill when pieces sell rather than overfill rack.

We Style we accept up to 50 items and up to 10 bags and accessories.  We will place around 40 items on your racks and top up your rack for you as items sell. 

Luxury Accessories Package: up to 5 items are accepted. However, if you have more and would like them to be included, then please get in touch as we may be able to accommodate your request. 

You can view and track the progress of your items for sale and commissions payable via our online portal. You should be set up with an account on your rack start date. If you haven’t please go here and register. Each of your items are barcoded with your unique identification number and tracked internally.

You Style – Bring in your clothing and accessories on your rack start date and we will provide you with the hangers, tags, steamer and security tags and then place them on your rack, ready for sale!

If you don’t have extra time on your hands to label and set up your rack, no problem, we can help! For an extra charge of $89 we can tag and set up your rack for you and you continue to receive 70% (minus GST and $1 admin fee). Just bring in your items on the rack start date we will tag and set up your rack. Please let us know the day before if you would like this option.

Can’t make it into store to pack up your unsold items on your last day of rack booking?

We can do it for you for $59 (deducted from your sale proceeds) and store them up to 5 days until you are able to pick them up. All uncollected items after 5 days will become the property of the store and may be donated.

We Style we will set and pack up for you at no additional charge. Please note, if your items are not collected within 5 days, $59 will be deducted for storage and per 5 days thereafter. If not coolected within a week, they will become the property of the store and may be donated.

You Style package you will price the items and suggest you factor in the GST in your pricing. Please see below for comments on pricing. 

We Style package we will price the items for you.  Pricing is based on consumer demand and extensive research on the reseller market. Generally, items sell for around 1/3 to 1/4 the original retail price and from time-to-time ½ of the retail price. Factors as new with tags, current season, condition and demand for the items will influence pricing.  We also suggest that you factor in the GST in your pricing.

Your rent a rack pieces move through 3 pricing phases:

4 Week Rental (most popular)

  • Week 1 at full price
  • Week 2 at full price
  • Week 3 at 25% off
  • Week 4 at 50% off

3 Week Rental

  • Week 1 at full price, 
  • Week 2 at 25% off
  • Week 3 at 25-50% off

2 Week rental:

  • Week 1 at full price
  • Week 2 at 50% off

We currently offer new customers who shop online a 10% discount for their first purchase and for customers who shop instore for the first time and their second instore purchase is within 30 days will receive a thank you 10% discount. We also offer some our VIP's 10% off. Some exclusions apply.

Register on our consignor portal, (here) and you will be able to see all your current items for sale, pricing, availability and if they have sold and how much. You will be able to track sales and commissions in real time.

You Style package:  You will receive 70% (minus GST and a $1 admin fee). 

We Style package: You receive 50% (minus GST and a $1 admin fee).

Luxury Accessories package: you receive 50-70% (minus GST and a $1 admin fee)

Payment is made by bank transfer after your rack has ended and your items collected, ussualy within 2 weeks. We make conignment paymemts twice a month.

For example, if your end date is 15th of October, you will be paid by the end of October by bank transfer. Please refer to the consignor portal and it will be updated when you have been paid.

Please refer to your end date and come into store at least 1-2 hours before closing time to collect your items.

You Style, you can collect your items on the last day of your rental. 

We Style – we will have your items ready for you to collect an hour before closing time.

You are welcome to donate any unsold items or add them to our donation rack. Sale proceeds are given to a number of charities or possibly to a charity of your choice. Please let us know.

Each rack needs to be paid in full at time of booking. This is not refundable due to change of mind. Should you need to change your start date, a minimum of 7 days notice is required and subject to availability. No refunds of racks are available. Should your items not be suitable and acceptable for sale within store, you may receive a instore gift voucher minus $89 cancellation fee).

Shopping with Us

It is always best to come in store and view the items as our website and Instagram only highlight a small range available. If you are interested in pieces highlighted on a rack and not available on the website or Instagram, please come in or book a virtual styling session and one of our team members can assist you. Payments over the phone are welcome and you can either collect instore or we can post at cost.

Sure is! There is free 1 hour street parking on Glenferrie Road. If you would like longer, there is a carpark at rear of store with up to 2 hours parking (You will see lawrencia cycles on the corner). Enter from Liddiard Street and there is a large car park on the right. You will need to print a ticket and place on your dashboard. You have the option of 1 hour free parking or a small fee for 2 hours.

You can post in your items once you have reserved and paid for your rack rental. Just email us and let us know. This is available for We Style Package. We can post back any unsold items at the end of your rental period or consignment period at your cost.

Due to the nature of consignment, all sales are final.  We do not offer return, refunds or exchanges unless required by law. Our team is happy to help with any size queries, style advice, provide you with additional information and answer any questions you have prior to purchase in store or over the phone.
