Final Sale Items

All consignment resale items purchased from StyleColab Preloved are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

All items sold in-store are also final sale.

We take best efforts to ensure all items are:

  • Recently photographed

  • Accurately described

  • Clearly labelled with condition notes and any known variations

As all items are preloved, minor signs of wear may be present and are reflected in pricing and descriptions.

Rack Bookings

All rack bookings are final and non-refundable.

Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate rack start date changes if requested in advance, however this is not guaranteed and subject to availability.

Layby Policy

StyleColab Preloved offers a 4-week layby service.

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of purchase

  • The remaining balance must be paid progressively within the 4-week period

  • Items are available for collection once paid in full

All layby purchases are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted.

If a customer chooses to cancel a layby due to change of mind:

  • The deposit amount is forfeited

  • No deposit refunds will be issued

If a layby is not paid in full by the due date, the item will be returned to the store for resale.

Sizing & Purchase Confidence

To ensure you feel confident in your purchase, we strongly encourage customers to conduct their own sizing research prior to buying.

Please note:

  • Sizing can vary significantly between designer brands

  • We recommend checking the brand’s official size guide or conversion chart

  • Visiting the brand’s store (where possible) is also encouraged

Our team is always happy to assist with measurements where available, but final sizing decisions remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
