YOU STYLE (SELF SERVICE)

Rack rental & receive

  • Rent a Rack (min 2 weeks up to 4 weeks). 
  • Choose rack size - 1/2 Rack (up to 20 clothing items and 5 accessories) or Full Rack (up to 40 clothing items and 10 accessories).
  • You list and price your products on our online portal prior to your rack start date.
  • Bring in your items on the first day of your booking starts and set up your rack. We will provide a rack, pricing  tags, hangers and security tags for you.
  • Tell your friends on social media and tag us @stylecolabpreloved.
  • We will maintain your rack for you and you are welcome to visit, merchandise and top up your rack as your items sell.
  • Track your product sales in real time and through our consignor portal.
  • Get paid and collect any unsold items on the last day of your rental period. 
  • We can donate any proceeds to charity on your behalf.

WE STYLE (ALL INCLUSIVE)

DESIGNER ACCESSORIES PACKAGE

Do you have luxury designer accessories such as handbags, sunglasses, shoes but don’t have enough items to book a rack?
No problem we can help sell your beautiful designer pieces through our Luxury Accessories Package.

  • Bring in up to 10 designer pieces, and we will place in a locked cabinet on display for customers.

  • You can receive up to 75% less GST and $1 admin fee per sold item and for only $31.25 per week cabinet rental, minimum 4 weeks.

  • You can price your items and we will list your designer pieces on our website and promote them through our social pages.

You Style OR We Style

YOU STYLE

You Style is a self service selling option –one of our more popular options and a way to earn up to 70% commission of your items sold less GST & $1 admin fee for each items sold. You can even share a rack with a friend (only one account is created).

  • Simply reserve a rack and select your selling start date. Minimum 14 days and maximum 30 days.

  • Once booked and paid, our online booking system will send you a detailed email with next steps including adding your products on the consignor portal.

  • Choose your seasonal garments and accessories you would love to sell. We only accept high quality fashion pieces and brands including Australian and International pieces, seasonal and timeless classics. Items are required to be in good condition, clean and steamed or ironed.

  • Once your products have been added, we will have your barcode tags ready for you on the day of your rack rental.

  • A full rack can fit up to 40 items at a time and a maximum 10 accessories (shoes/bags). Dimensions of the rack: Dimensions: 150 cm x 40 cm x 160 cm.
  • A half rack can fit up to 20 items at a time and a maximum 5 accessories (shoes/bags). Dimensions of the rack: Dimensions: 75 cm x 40 cm x 160 cm.

  • As the items sell, you can replenish your rack during your rental period.  Just simply add your products onto the consignor portal and we can prepare your labels. 24 hours’ notice is required.

  • If you have shoes or bags worth over $500 you can choose to display them in the secured luxury item cabinet.

  • Hangers, price barcode labels, and security tags will be provided for you and we do the selling.

  • Tell your friends! Post about your rack on social media! Be sure to include your rack number and tag us @stylecolabpreloved. The more people know about your rack the more sales you will make.

  • Track the success of your sales via our online consignor portal. Your items will move through 3 pricing phases
  • 2 week rental: Full price then 50% off in the last 3 days.
  • 3 week rental: Full price then 50% off in week 3.
  • 4 week rental: Full price then 25% off in week 3, 50% off in week 4.

  • Collect any remaining items at the end of your rental period. Please note we are unable to store your items if they aren’t collected by the end date. A $25 late fee per day will apply. After a week past your end date the items will become property of the store.

  • Payments are made by bank transfers the next month following your rental period.

  • We do our very best to provide a safe and secure shopping experience, for all, however sometimes items may get lost or stolen. We do our very best to prevent these situations and provide instore security cameras and security tags for your items. Please note StyleColab Preloved does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

  • You can also set up "charity rack" meaning all the profits goes to the charity of your choice.

WE STYLE

We Style (Concierge Service) and receive 50% commission less GST and $1 admin fee for each item sold. If you are time poor or simply want the VIP concierge experience all done for you then the We Style is the best option for you!


    • Simply reserve a rack and select your selling start date. Minimum 14 days and maximum 30 days.
    • Once booked and paid, our online booking system will send you a confirmation email and to book a time to drop off your items a week before your start date. We will list, price, tag, steam and merchandise your rack for you. We will also maintain it for you during the rental period and top up as required.

    • Choose your seasonal garments and accessories you would love to sell. We only accept high quality fashion pieces and brands including Australian and International pieces, seasonal and timeless classics. Items are required to be in good condition, clean and steamed or ironed.

    • A full rack can fit up to 40 items at a time and a maximum 10 accessories (shoes/bags). Dimensions of the rack: Dimensions: 150 cm x 40 cm x 160 cm.
    • A half rack can fit up to 20 items at a time and a maximum 5 accessories (shoes/bags). Dimensions of the rack: Dimensions: 75 cm x 40 cm x 160 cm.

  • For shoes or bags worth over $500 we can display them in the secured luxury item cabinet.   Please keep in mind it is preferable to provide original receipts and/or authentication for high end brands such as handbags and shoes. This will provide buyers peace of mind and also ensure you receive the best possible price.

Add them without booking a rack. Bring up to 10 designer pieces (handbags, sunglasses, shoes, etc.) and we’ll present them in a locked display cabinet for 4 weeks. $125/month cabinet rental.

Choosing Your Rack

You Style (Self Service)

You Style is one of our most popular selling options, giving you the opportunity to earn up to 70% commission on your items sold (less GST and a $1 admin fee per item). It’s a simple and flexible way to sell your high-quality preloved fashion while we handle the in-store selling for you.

Here’s how it works step-by-step:

  1. Reserve your rack: Choose between a full rack or half rack.
  2. A full rack can fit up to 40 items plus a maximum of 10 accessories (shoes/bags). Dimensions: 150 cm x 40 cm x 160 cm.
  3. A half rack can fit up to 20 items plus a maximum of 5 accessories. Dimensions: 75 cm x 40 cm x 160 cm.
  4. Select your rental period: Minimum of 14 days and maximum of 30 days.
  5. Book and pay online: Our booking system will automatically send you a detailed email with next steps, including how to add your products on the consignor portal.
  6. Prepare your items: We only accept high-quality seasonal garments and accessories — Australian and international brands, seasonal staples, and timeless classics. All items must be in good condition, clean, and either steamed or ironed before they arrive in store.
  7. Luxury items: If you have shoes or bags worth over $500, you may display them in our secured luxury item cabinet.

On the day your rack rental begins, we’ll have your barcode tags ready for each item. Hangers, barcode labels, and security tags are all provided by us. Throughout your rental, you may replenish your rack as items sell, simply add new products via the consignor portal and give us 24 hours’ notice so we can prepare new labels.

We do all the in-store selling for you, while you’re encouraged to promote your rack by posting on social media and tagging us @stylecolabpreloved (be sure to include your rack number for best results).

Your items are displayed in store for the duration of your booking, and their pricing automatically adjusts through set discount phases depending on your rental length:

  • 2-week rental: Full price for most of the period, then 50% off in the final 3 days.
  • 3-week rental: Full price initially, then 50% off in week 3.
  • 4-week rental: Full price in weeks 1–2, 25% off in week 3, and 50% off in week 4.

During your rental, you can keep an eye on how your items are performing through the online consignor portal, which tracks sales in real time.

At the end of your rental period, you must collect any remaining items promptly. Please note:

  • We cannot store uncollected items.
  • A $25 late fee per day applies for items left past your end date.
  • Any items not collected within 1 week after your end date become property of the store.

Payments are made via bank transfer and will be processed the following month after your rental period has ended.

We strive to provide a safe and secure shopping experience, with in-store cameras and security tags for your items. However, while we do everything possible to prevent incidents, StyleColab Preloved does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Other things to know:

  • You may share a rack with a friend, but only one account will be created for the booking.
  • Items sold generate commission for you (up to 70%), less GST and the $1 per-item admin fee.
  • You can also choose to set up a charity rack, where all profits go directly to the charity of your choice.

And of course, the more people know about your rack, the more sales you’re likely to make! We always encourage you to spread the word, post about your rack, tag us, and share your rack number with your network.

We Style (All inclusive)

We Style is our all-inclusive, VIP selling service, designed for those who are time-poor or simply want everything taken care of for them. With this option, you’ll earn 50% commission on your sales (less GST and a $1 admin fee per item), while our team manages the entire process for you.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Reserve your rack: Choose between a full rack or half rack.
  2. A full rack can hold up to 40 items plus 10 accessories (shoes/bags). Dimensions: 150 cm x 40 cm x 160 cm.
  3. A half rack can hold up to 20 items plus 5 accessories. Dimensions: 75 cm x 40 cm x 160 cm.
  4. Select your rental period: Between 14 and 30 days.
  5. Booking process: Once booked and paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details and a link to schedule a drop-off time. Items are dropped off around one week before your start date.
  6. Concierge service: We handle everything, listing, pricing, tagging, steaming, merchandising, and maintaining your rack throughout the rental period. We’ll also top up your rack as required.

We accept only high-quality seasonal garments and accessories, including both Australian and international brands, seasonal must-haves, and timeless classics. All items must be in good condition, clean, and steamed or ironed before drop-off.

If you have luxury items (shoes or bags worth over $500), we can display them in our secured luxury cabinet. For these items, it’s highly preferable that you provide original receipts and/or authentication, particularly for designer handbags and shoes. This gives buyers peace of mind and helps ensure you achieve the best possible price.

Your rack will be managed and styled by our team throughout your rental, and all items will go through structured discount phases depending on your chosen rental period:

  • 2-week rental: Full price, then 50% off in the final 3 days.
  • 3-week rental: Full price initially, then 50% off in week 3.
  • 4-week rental: Full price in weeks 1–2, 25% off in week 3, and 50% off in week 4.

You’ll be able to track all sales and performance in real time via our online consignor portal, so you can see exactly how your items are doing.

At the end of your rental period, you must either collect any unsold items or arrange one of the following:

  • In-store collection: Please note we cannot store uncollected items beyond your end date. A $25 late fee per day applies, and items not collected within one week become property of the store.
  • Local return delivery: For a flat fee of $30, we can return your items directly to you.
  • Donation option: You may choose to donate your remaining items instead.

Payments are made via bank transfer and are processed the following month after your rental has ended.

We provide a safe and secure shopping experience with in-store cameras and security tags for your items. While we take every precaution to prevent issues, StyleColab Preloved does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
